I've been checking for leaks at each valve, I placed gloves on each and checked pressure, they did not leak at 70 psi.
If I turn off the CTIS or disconnect from the banjo bolt they remain inflated.
@Ronmar please do you know where can I find the PCU vent ?
I'm trying to find the diagram for the...
The valve is on the frame under the truck. I will take a better picture tomorrow during daylight.
When I turn on the truck the Front tire driver tire and the middle driver tire start to get inflated to 70psi (pressure set on the CTIS) , when they reach 70 psi I hear the air system purge valve...
I got able to fix all ABS bus problems, I had a missing terminator (cut off) and a burnt terminator. Then found that the front ABS connectors were rot.
Now I still have an issue with CTIS, it's saying "shut off failure - cannot close wheel valves and vent lines. "
Air is leaking from this valve.
Thanks @Suprman , tried just like you suggested, no air leak on the wheel diaphragm.
I also tried filling up to 70PSI to see if it would open, no leak.
When I turn the truck 2 tires keep inflating to 70psi (pressure set on the CTIS controller) and then back down.
The CTIS says it can't close...
Totally agree with you. That's why I shared the info, anybody can mount a Pad version straight to the engine and not need to be hunting for military surplus parts.
Delco Remy, Prestolite, Cat and many other standard pad mount alternators bolt straight to our engines. If everybody gets to know...
The more the merrier, I would be very happy to have all that power, however could not find one for $600. Gosh, $600 is what some guys wanted me to pay for the bracket to mount a J180 alternator.
Once I found that the PAD was the native standard Cat mount I went with that.
Indeed it's a lot of power, but when you get the real numbers and take the losses you might not be with all the 250A available. In my case I want to ensure I can charge my 900A LIFEPO4 bank at 150A. That would get me back online quickly. Rainy days or camping under trees should not be a problem...
Yes, it's expensive, there is a 185A that's less. Another option is the https://www.delcoremy.com/alternators/find-by-model-family/55si it should also fit.
My CTIS is not inflating the tires so I went to check with the computer and I found PCU Deflate Solenoid - Connector Unplugged ; Fault Wiring or Solenoid.
Does anybody knows if there is a CTIS troubleshooting guide or have seen this before ?
I'm suspecting that my ABS light is related to this.
I finished my 24V 250A conversion and posted the parts list here: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/fmtv-lmtv-alternative-alternator-250amps-direct-mount.222981/ in case anyone wants to copy.
I completed my truck 24V alternator conversion, posted all the details here in case anyone wants to copy:

Alternator upgrade is up and running. No need for expensive bracket fabrication. Mount straight to the engine Pad.
Standing on the shoulders of giants like @GeneralDisorder , @MatthewWBailey , Acropper, @Ronmar I've completed my Alternator Upgrade.
I have used info from this thread...
You are right, it does hits the turbo intake, which I believe it could be modified to allow a little bit more clearance. Currently it needs a 2.5 inch spacer to clear the Turbo Intake, however I feel that would make it hit the the cab (n) when the cab comes down.
The Cat cradle fits the...
Following the dimensions from Leece Neville BLP4110M and using a Caterpillar 211-7871 as a reference for the bracket. It looks like the BLP4110M will fit fine.
See pictures below for reference
If anybody wants to double check the solidworks drawings I can share.
