    I want to thank M35A2 for my alternator upgrade Its working great and easy upgrade. My stock alternator was putting out 60 volts when ever it decided to cooked both batteries a few gauges and my abs controller and silver relay box, not counting bulbs.

    One more thing to try another guy was doing his too. Smack them with a hammer to shock the bolts then use an impact, he got all 12 out that was his was a rusty one too.

    Not to bad, i broke six off drilled them out heli coil and it was good to go. Take the heater box out to make life easier. I did stat, temp sender idler, all new hoses belt, modern alternator and painted everything i took off. The manifold bolts I got from Cummings didn't fit the holes or...

    Finally got it finished had to slow down till i have more money, but she is running great. Hooking up my new air seat in the am waiting for new belt coming in tomorrow. Then off to TMG to get ne tall shoes

    New to air lines they look like AN fittings but not sure. Im plumbing in an air seat what size are the fittings on the E brake ? Does it go by outside diameter? And i saw a you tube about removing the air valve for the T case does anyone know how to find it? Thank you

    Yes i will have that. Im going to get a bottle of map gas today and see if that helps. The rest of the truck is not rusty so i hope not to have this issue often

    I dont have a torch. The back side of the bolt is open it will be easier to drill them out, if i can drill them without messing up the threads i will run a tap thru and be good to go but I normally miss and get into the threads (old and cant see even with glasses) at least there is room on these...

    Well out of 3 2 are broken off once the rest break off the The manifold will come off then it will be easy to get to all of them drill them out and heli coil each one. BTW i have a 1000 watt induction heater and it's too much iron for it to heat up to red hot as you see in the videos it will...

    It works,, but you have to heat it a long time and its 50/50 if its going to break or come out. Definitely not as easy as a show of the videos
