11x20 tires on Deuce?

Thanks for all the input! I think I'm more confused now than before, seems all other options than the stock 900X20 will need new wheels & may have other problems?

Seems to me the easiest option will be to stick with stock wheels & tires. I have found new tires that are a bit spendy & the used ones except for one source are 25+ yrs old like what I have; one source said they have 6-8 yr old 900's -- so I am thinking that will be the way to go ?

Sorry to be so uninformed, but I just have not kept up with all the tire options & gaining the info is not easy for me.

Thanks to all!!
11/20's work fine. thats what I run. Just chain up the outside rear wheels when needed, and if in bad ice, put a set on the front too. Im chained up right now and go everywhere I want in the snow and on the ice, and also pulling a few downed trees for firewood. Im not in flat ground country.

Do they fit on the stock 900X20 wheels well?

yes. thats what is on mine now. I take the front A3 wheels off in the winter and put on the A2 wheels with 11/20's, so I can run my spiked chains on ice. The rears always have the stock split rims with 11/20's on.

posted this April 2018 about the route I went - I went with steel wheels made for my duece. Not cheap, but got EXACTLY what I wanted.

Been a while - got a new truck - finally she got new shoes
I had slowly walked away from the MV hobby a year or so ago. Then a buddy sucked me back in by selling me his 1970 Kaiser Jeep Deuce. It has taken a while to find, purchase and then have mounted to my Deuce my new wheels and tires. The tires were Michelin 11R22.5 XDY2's and the wheels came...

Just another option - hey, it's only money that you will likely spend one time if you do it right the first time. That is how I approach purchases like these. One time purchase of a quality NEW product will never be as cheap as surplus. OK by me.
