How do you get the intake manifold around that myriad of wires....?
The manifold went back on easier than I thought it would.

After a road test today to the gas station, I saw a fuel leak. Base of the fuel filter canister. The fuel hose's were dripping fuel. Trimmed the rubber hose a little and put new clamps on...no leaks now.

Just got back from Miami (setting up for gun show)110 mile round trip. Pulled the trailer down and back with no issues.

Hey, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything.

little update: I’m at my daughters place in Huntingtown, Maryland. Leaving for south Florida on Saturday night.

The CUCV-II crew cab will have over 220,000 miles by Sunday.

I just put new tires on the front from Costco ($628.00) 😳.
The old tires were 2016 date and the steel belts separated on both tires.
I’ll probably buy new tires for the rear next month and use the rear tires as spares.

Replaced the sway bar links ( way overdue )
Might have been one of the reasons why the front tires failed. Making U-turns puts a lot of weight on the outside tread.
