OK - Recommended Swiss to wash the CUCV with WILD DOG before bringing it down this Friday which he did. This will help remove anything sitting in the pores of the CARC paint - DO NOT USE THIS ON REGULAR PAINT unless you just want to see all bare metal after you rinse this off after 20 minutes - it is that good.
Here are pics of it washed before he ships it down - then project starts
These are the pictures before washed. I will post up washed pictures later.

I love Hitches, never know what you need to pickup on the side of the road :)

Drivers side - hood - started on pass side sanding. All the accessories are removed except the brush guard that comes off tomorrow. Inside of the entire box yet needs to be sanded. Interior of which Swiss almost had gutted is now removed for sanding yet.
Seeing as the afternoon weather is very nice down here I may just get the box exterior in 2K Epoxy High Build Primer today. A few little dings in the body but nothing big to get flattened out after primer is on.

Still have a lot of masking to do once the sanding is finished - could possibly see it all in primer by the weekend - see how it pans out.

So Commander Zout finally gets to kick out the Veteran Day parade crowd on Sunday around noon. Then BAMB

1.) runs to paint store and gets all necessary supplies
2.) removes all accessories and rips out interior
3.) starts sanding all the exterior
4.) By today we have a coat of primer on the rear bed
5.) Posts pictures of VA Parade
6.) Posts pictures of Build 32
7.) Drinks sponsor liquids and refreshments
8.) Puts up with all my texts with specific orders and questions in between all activity

WOW Warp Speed

If you think about this all of this is done in less than 48 hours total duration.

An hour? That's not even enough to make that high-strung puppy want to take a five minute nap!!rofl

Exterior box all sanded - primered in 2k epoxy primer - re-sanded - dents repaired and back in 2k epoxy again - then need block sanding again.
Box interior all sanded - primered in 2k epoxy primer - still within my window without sanding to shoot paint in it today.
Then start sanding the cab interior - then get it masked up and into the same primer.

The double hitches allow a portable receiver winch to be on the top so you can pull items into the trailer which is on the bottom
