You can have it scanned and converted to another PDF file at Office Depot or Staples or any other business office supply store. I sign mine scan it send it with confirmation delivery and I have read receipt emails from this sale and the last one for the M109 still showing pending though.

it's a little ridiculous. You have guys in the event that ended one week before this one who are already picking up their trucks. Our EUC's haven't even been confirmed yet.

What is really bizarre here is the sale from just two days ago is already showing my invoice and this sale is not. I was specifically told it would be updated today and I have four prior EUC's that cleared. I now have two in pending status. I am hoping that they are working based on workload not a fixed schedule.

RR: I'm checking on my EUC status from event 3577. It ended August 28th, its now been 8 business days and my account still shows pending EUC submission. I was told it would be for sure updated by yesterday!

GL: May I have your customer ID number please?

RR: 111111111

GL: We do have everything received. If anything else is required, your EUC specialist will email you.

GL: He is currently processing over 200 EUC's, so that may be why you are seeing a delay in status update online.

RR: Ok... I just wanted to make sure I was staying on top of it.

(yet again indicating that only 1 person is processing all those EUC's. It's been 8 business days. Seems like they should be able to get through more than 20 a day.)

Wow, you really are enraged, racer. Since you haven't told me who you've been talking with over Live Chat, I don't know who to speak with directly for clarification. When I did make inquiries, I found a representative had chatted with one of our customers and mentioned Aaron was that customer's POC for Sale 3577. Their version of the chat did not line up with the version posted here yesterday, but perhaps that was a different rep.

Nah, I'm not mad. I just want to make sure that my stuff is getting taken care of! I haven't given names to you because I like that the reps are giving out info, maybe more than they are supposed to. I'd hate to see someone get in trouble over it.

I find it funny that the sale that I won the M109 in which closed on the 8th has already reviewed the EUC's and my win from this sale is still showing pending. I even beat them to it and sent in a new one with the signed export agreement and sent that to Vanessa who is doing a great job. If you can check with her I sent her the corrected copy of the EUC for both sales since on both initial ones I did not put USA on them. If she can process both of them for me that would be great since I have to coordinate for my sons to make the pick up at Anneville and I would like it done as soon as possible.

Per Meredith, Aaron is back in the office today and will have my EUC processed and contact me about any revisions (if necessary) by Monday at the latest.
