I'm at work and can't call Aaron, so I tried live chat. Here's what she had to say...
info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.
info: You are now chatting with 'Heidi'
Heidi: Welcome to our live chat service! How may I assist you?
RR: Hello Heidi! I bid in event 3577 that ended August 28th. I sent in my EUC immediately. I did not hear back from my EUC specialist until last Friday the 12th, I forgot to date the EUC pg 2. I immediately resent it to Aaron Marner (my EUC guy). The email in bright red letters says that if I haven't sent in an acceptable form by tomorrow that I will be charged a 25% default fee. I sent my EUC to him again yesterday. I still haven't heard anything. I'm getting a little nervous that I'm going to get charged the fee when I'm doing everything I can!
RR: BTW, my customer # is XXXXXXXXX
Heidi: I can see your frustration. One moment while I take a look.
RR: Thanks!
Heidi: If you sent in the revisions, you should be fine.
RR: OK. I just want to be sure because the email says "The EUC deadline is, 09/17/2008. If a DRMS-acceptable EUC form has not been received by then, your account may be placed on hold until a 25% default fee or $30.00, whichever is greater, has been paid."
Heidi: When did you get that email?
RR: I'm trying to send it in correctly buy Aaron seems to be taking forever to process anything. I know its not your fault, but there are sales that happened after this one where people have already gotten their EUC's approved by the DRMO!
RR: 9/12
Heidi: If you got the email on Friday, and have sent in the revisions after the fact, then you are fine.
Heidi: Is this your first EUC?
RR: Ok. Thanks for looking into it for me!
RR: Yes
Heidi: Generally first requests take longer for the EUC approval.
Heidi: And no problem.
RR: Right. I understand that. But should it really take over 3 weeks to even get sent to Battle Creek?
Heidi: My pleasure.
Heidi: Sometimes it may. It just depends on how busy they get in the EUC Dept.
RR: Yeah. Hey, well, thanks for your time! I appreciate your help
Heidi: Sorry I don't have more answers in that regard.
Heidi: No problem.
RR: Have a good day!
