I think you can reverse those bottom brackets, mine went on a non turbo the reverse way yours is now but had to drill out the tow loop holes

I've reversed them both ways. Its a no go. What was your non turbo? M1123? Because they are the same front mounting plate.

Yes reamed a little with a step bit, it was a very tight fit

I just seen that 86humv had posted a while back about winch style bumper brackets being different that what was shipped with mine. He had some for sale and I've tried messaging him.

Found what I need. I've combed thru all TM's and can't find a part number for these. Back to the books.
