Gentlemen,

Does anyone know who has one of these kits for sale? I saw one on Ebay for awhile but the price was pretty steep and then gone. Love my M923A2 but those batteries under the seat are a little creepy.

Thanks,

Good luck, the prices have gone crazy. I bought the entire kit on eBay in the summer of 2012 for $250 (plus $75 shipping).

I paid a little over $300 when I got my complete kit in Nov. '11. I got a new passenger door at the same time and it was all local to me. That made it even more of a bargain.

You will need the replacement side brackets and frame supports. The battery box is very tall compared to the tool box. The braces and brackets that support the bat. box are about 2" longer. You may be able to cut and splice the existing bracketry.

Look at Post No. 1 with the old and new brackets side-by-side. The new braces are WAY more than 2" longer. They are almost a foot longer. I caution against cutting and splicing unless you somehow beef it up at the splice. This set up is heavy, especially when this 240 lb Soldier B steps on it to get in the truck...
