They are 395 Michelin Xml's. The goodyear wingfoot here measured the rims and the tires, and said they are commonly used on rims this size. They mounted way too easily to be "too wide" for my rims.
I'm also sure the manufacturers of all of our trucks would also be against us "chopping and bobbing" them as well, "turning the fuel up", or "any deuce modifications".
I've mounted 395's on stock rims for as long as I've messed with Military 20's, and NEVER have had any problems. [thumbzup]

That's probably why the military used the same width wheels on the a2's as the a3's .... mabye the should have asked wingfoot and saved themselves some money. Look I'm not trying to be an a** but he asked a ? And I answered. Im pretty shure the suggested rim width for a 395 is 10in. I know guys put them on smaller ones. I am not trying to argue.

Did you feel like someone thought you were being an a**?? I didn't feel that way at all. I was just stating that they DO recommend a larger rim width, but the stock ones work GREAT and you sav yourself around $1500 from not buying aftermarket rims. I've been really lucky with the 395's and stockers, with no problems! Thanks everyone, and i'll post more videos and pics as we make them.
