Can you ID this bumper?

The ends appear to be bent in WAY more than one on any MTVR I have seen. The NSN is definitely oshkosh mfg. just not sold on it being an mtvr bumper by the way the ends are bent in so much, the mtvr bumpers seem to not have so much angle on them.

I am going to fill in the spaces where the frame tow loops stuck out and the square hole and make brackets and mount it upside down is the plan.

It is for the wrecker, the ends are bent more to fit the winch.
