I'm working up some defrost duct connections to a M151 heater.
Has anyone made the 2" and a 2.5" diverter box outlets "mate up" to a 3" duct?
Below are a few links to the website where I purchased all of my silicone couplers and elbows to fab up my intercooler + intake piping for my Cummins 6BT in my bobbed deuce. They are one of the cheaper silicone dealers out there, and no issues with the quality or shipment time.

Question:
Will it loose too much flow or "effective pressure" if i use full 3" ducting. (fan to dash)
Or would 2" and 2.5" ducting be more effective and make modifications at the top. (windshield difuser)
(would it make any real difference at all?)

Sorry about the old post.

The problem would be finding a vent that would fit in there on the deuce. Also you must split the air-flow for both windows so you would never get the passenger side to do much as most air would go on the drivers side. Stay with the factory hoses.

I have the thicker 3" aluminum flex tube from Lewe's, I'll give it a shot first, with some hand made adapters.
(better than nothing)

Thanks for all the help.
