Im sure i read about this somewhere but can someone help. After the my m1009 turns over i get a clicking for about 15 seconds and it sounds like it is coming from behind the dash.

Is this normal? Or do I need to replace something?

Any Help welcome thanks.

When the motor is cold, the truck does a "afterglow" cycle on the glow plugs until things warm up a bit.

It sounds like a solenoid click ~ 5 to 7 seconds ~ click again, correct?

Then it repeats in 15 - 20 seconds...
