I have to diasgree. Besides them both being 2.5 T cargo trucks, they are totally different machines.. No way can they be compared as "basically the same".. And as an A2 owner, I think the A3 is a tough as heck looking truck..
Ditto. Aside from most body parts being the same, most of the mechanical parts are completely different.

I have the same problem accessing M35A3.net from work or using my work computer. I was notified that I was not permitted to try to access the site anymore due to language. I was then notified when I tried to access the site that it is considered to be categorized in an unacceptable category such as gambling, porn, etc. Obviously, the site isn't any of these and is a good site. I requested that they re-examine the site category and it came back changed to 'Placeholder Category', still forbidden. Unfortunately, I travel extensively on my job so I only have internet connection available through my work computer and VPN. I'm leaving for China tonight for 1 - 2 weeks as an example.

This thread sounds like a bunch of dumb little kids fighting...How the heck do you guys figure any of this BS is relevant? He asked if the A2 and A3 could have separate sub-sections here on SS...or maybe I'm just illiterate and don't know how to read the OP...
The "need an A3 forum" topic has become an inside joke. The rivalry between normal folks has burned itself out. Now we catch **** because we are potty mouths.

I think we should have an A3 forum. I'm sick of the search police giving me and other newbies grief when the questions simply do not apply across the different trucks.

There is a forum for the A3

Jonathan, you should not call the A2 "fugly". They just want to be A3s.

You have the right to express your opinion Sir however, the comment was made more in jest than anything else. I don't mind A3 posts in a Deuce forum, (gives me a chance to learn about A3's) and after all they are both Deuces.

Time for the big brother to weigh in. It's nice to see our little brothers fight about who is better, nicer, bigger or more expensive. Waste of time, we are off course  :driver:  .

As to the orginal poster, we 5-ton people have a smilar problem. Half the time the Duece forum would be a better place to ask, because more answers on what is similar. Problem is, when asking there, we get swamped by answers that are just a bit different than how it works with the 5-ton and its hard (read time-consuming) to find the richt answer in there (this is the problem of the OP)

Maybe in stead of making the next sub-division, the search function might be made better or easier to use. For example, using AND functions and NOT :

aaa AND bbb NOT ccc or the use of phrases "aa bb cc", do they work?
