CUCV Radiator recommendation

I just installed a brand new cooper/brass radiator.
Did a separate CUCV thread with pictures a week or so ago.

Extremely happy with it.

Indian head gasket shellac. Good stuff. Or, gas line Teflon tape. Thicker, better, good stuff.

Yep, good stuff. I'm using the chemical resistant "propane gas line" tape.

For what it's worth, heater line size is 3/4" ID, not 5/8" ID....my local O'Reilly's parts guy looked up 5/8" ID incorrectly.

Actually it’s both. The upper heater core hose is 3/4 and the lower is 5/8.

Well after creating this post a long time ago I did end up getting a copper cored radiator.... problem is since I installed it years ago I plugged the low coolant sensor. The new radiators Low coolant sensor has a larger hole than the original sensor. Spend all day running around trying to find something to act as a reducer or a bigger sensor. Tired of looking at the light on the dash.
