Are you referring to the M-37 that was GSA auctioned in Raleigh NC? The one called "Little Squirt". It looked like a good canidate for restoration. The numbers didnot work for me once the price went over 1000 dollars. There are some good M-37 deals out there. The general rule, buy the best you can afford, applies here. The total some of the parts needed to bring the truck to running condition is more than you can sell it as a whole. If you intend to keep your truck and you want to restore it to any condition that is good. But you never now what the future will hold. In this economy some time you need to keep your your MV balance sheet in check . It is great to save all the trucks you can if you can afford it, but what does it really cost in the long run. With M-37s the prices are not going to fetch large gains because of the price of parts, and the market for good trucks is down, merely my opinion. glad somebody local got it. Curious myself as to condtion when he gets it. I dropped out early on the bidding around $1000 because I had never seen it. The huntington winch truck I had seen in person but not quite sure why it went so high ? Did you look at the duece in shelburne ?

The maket is down? The other M-37 we previewed went for $5600 and needed a lot of work!
We are lucky to have a friend who has a lot of NOS M-37 parts.
