I have 6 70 watt 24 volt H3 bulbs I bought for the 185 that I ended up not using if you're interested.I plan on replacing the 55w bulbs on the rack with some 100w eventually, as long as the housings can take the heat.
A bolt and nut works just as good.
I looked into that method, it works but the RivNut will spin at first as it begins to mushroom and can cause improper or cockeyed clamping. As noted they are pricey and I would rather get each one right the first time. Besides, it won't cost me a cent to build the tool.A bolt and nut works just as good.
