anyone know where I can get the outlets that the supply/return lines for the personal heater on the deuce connect to? (the ones on the engine side)

I imagine they're standard heater hose nipples that you can get at any auto parts store. (Someone will surely correct me if I'm mistaken. :) )

Joel,

I don't have one in front of me, but try these heater fittings from Motor Mite. They sells them in their Help! line at most autoparts.

PN's

56152 Universal - 5/8" Hose x 3/8" NPT x 1-1/2" Long - Metal

561520 Universal - 5/8" Hose x 3/8" NPT x 1-1/2" Long - Metal

56237 Universal - 3/4" Hose x 1/2" NPT x 2-3/4" Long - Metal

562370 Universal - 3/4" Hose x 1/2" NPT x 2-3/4" Long - Metal

hope this helps :)

Why are you planning on changing out your heater?

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: deuce personnel heater parts

here is the short version...
mine is currently mounted directly to the side panel (this bugs me)
I was able to get the heater + the mount for less than the mount by itself
the new heater looks better than the old one
