The pic that @Mogman posted looks like an M1151A1. It appears fully armored and the doors are the flat X-door version.

Here is what the guy replied with last night. He gave me a phone number to call and it matches the one from CL.

" Well, Jason, I am a 74-year-old Vet with a Flip phone! LOL, I bought 34 Humvee and have closed my shop no website I have been in the business for about 15 years know all the major players, and have sold over 300 doors of all kinds. I have lots of references including a lot of police. One phone call will set you at ease. Check out my facebook. I just came back from Atlanta last Monday and brought back 5 sets and the last sold yesterday. I have two slantbacks here your welcome to come see. And at this low price you can see why I have trouble keeping them in stock. Most we dop ship Tim 419 901 6510"

I may call him at least and see what he has to say. It may still be a scam.

I can’t say scam or not but he has grammar, diction and spelling errors consistent with a Nigerian scammer - or a 74 year old dude with a flipfone.

I called and talked to the guy yesterday and though it still does sound a little scammy, I've pulled enough info together to figure out that the guy he works with is from this business, North Georgia Corvette and Muscle. The guys name is Chris Gowin and his FB page seems more legit. (1) Facebook

The guy from Sandusky, OH makes a couple of trips to this guys shop and picks up doors for customers up this way a couple times a year. He currently doesn't have any but I am going to contact Chris and see what he says.

I also found a youtube video from a guy who bought these doors and he was showing an install.

I called and talked to Chris. He did say these doors were molded and they were made to fit a hard top. He said with a soft top, there will be a gap at the c-pillar but it's easy to make a filler for. I think you kinda see that in the video I attached from youtube.

He did say they were working on a fiberglass hard top that would be out next year and it could be converted from a 4 man to a wagon. He thought the price point would be around $2k so this sounds very promising also.

He was going to send me some pics of the gap so I'll post if I get them.

I've been meaning to come back with some comments. The doors are pretty nice, I like them. They are not perfect but with some sanding and bondo, you can clean them up depending on how perfect you want them.

They don't come drilled for hinges. You have to fit them yourself. He recommended about a 3/8" gap all around.

Fitting them with a soft top is going to take some work.

There are gaps at the top rear of each door. I bought some additional gasket to fill them.

The door gasket is 3/4" thick. Put the gasket on before you try to figure out where the striker mounts. I did the opposite and had to move them slightly to accommodate the gasket. I also had to make plates for the striker to get them out far enough.

Never thought about it but I have aftermarket seats which are thicker and wider. You can't get the window down past the seats. The passenger front door won't even close with the window down, at least without forcing it. Gonna have to think of a different design to make it work.

In hindsite, this project was more work than I thought it would be but the doors are nice and a decent price. If you have a soft top, you better have some fabrication/welding skills to make this work.

I'd be happy to include additional pictures if it helps anyone out with their decision. The guy in the video I posted a few threads up does a nice job explaining the process also.

Why in the world are they not pre drilled? For the money they are charging they should be ready to install and ready for paint.

I have the oem X-Doors and the hinge mounts allow with a bit of work to align them properly while not perfect they are sure respectable. I'm thinking about putting some bed liner in the inside of the doors to help with the noise.
