I can not get the lights to work on my duece, The knobs on the left side of the stearing wheel do not turn. I took it off and put a little diesel in it, Any thing I am missing? And allso , under the truck, there is a break line that is disconeted and it lookes like a backwards (S). there is no fluid coming out of it and the breaks work just fine. It is under the drivers seat right above the trasfer case. There are two places it can go to, but I was wondering if anybody knows what it is all about?

The loose line is most likely the vent line for the master cylinder. The 3 lever light switch has lock, it's the lever on the lower right-hand side. It should be spring-loaded move it gently and you can move the top lever.

If you are talking about the 3 lever light switch the right bottom lever is a lock, you need to hold it up or down( I have the digital switch now cant remember) to turn the lights on.

Why do I feel like I'm the straight man being setup for a joke?

Thanks for telling about the Vent line, The LOCK on the lights will not even try to turn and I'm afraid I will break it trying. Do I neet to pull out on it or push in or none of the above?
