Can you be more specific on details, like under what conditions it happens.. right after startup? After running a while? Have you performed any testing on items in the set related to this, or referenced the tech manual?

At first it quit right after start up. We cycled the 1/3 phase switch a dozen times or so and it did start. We had it on a load bank at 7kw single phase and it ran for about 5 minutes. Then it quit again. Throwing the Over Voltage again.Do not know what to test. Also do not have a tech manual .

Howdy,
Start here in this thread. The 2nd post has quick links to lots of stuff. The third post has links to the manuals.

Yeah get the TMs first and foremost.
TM ending in -10 is an operators manual
TM ending in -24 is the troubleshooting manual
TM ending in -24P is exploded parts diagrams of everything that makes that machine up.

For troubleshooting purposes, almost EVERYTHING you could ever encounter, is covered by the -24. I think you have a corrosion issue, and I think you need to plan on purchasing a good contact cleaner, and taking the roof off the machine to get to the fun stuff.
