I have same paper....my truck iIs the 2nd truck on that turn in form.They were obviously from the same turn in batch. I ran the DODACC on my truck, Fort Irwin OPS group....which is what was still stenciled on the hood...OPS GRP to be exact.

My packet also had all the 2404's with the disrepincies, labor and part prices....so much of it was BS.
leaking PS pump, replace plump, it was a loose hose clamp,fuel pump leaking,replace pump...hose clamp.
low oil and Trans fluid....and they red "X" all that and more....good ole government.

I'd agree, but it depends if the MEL was done prior to the dispo or after the dispo. If before, then yes, after... ****ty operator/mechanic.
