HMMWV Glow Plug Condition?

Replaced my glow plugs today. 4 were swollen, managed to get them out with vice grips and a flat head. I don't know how old these glow plugs were but I was getting long cold starts with a lot of white smoke. Any thoughts / comments on how these look? Do these reveal any issues with my 6.5 n/a?

Check them with an Ohm meter....if nothing....there bad....if 000, there bad
If around 1.3 or above ohms....good, but most in your pic look bad.
I have new ones if needed.

It's a good thing you got them out of there Wagnum! Some folks have had much more trouble than you did.
Yeah I lucked out. Can you tell how a diesel engine is running by looking at its glow plugs, in the same way you can tell how a gas engine is running by looking at the spark plugs? If so, does anyone see anything I should be concerned about with my 6.5na motor?

Appreciate the help -Wags
