I think I figured out the problem. I'm not a member so they email me "free" shipping codes but since you have the membership you get real free shipping. I tried that code and it said I have to be a member to use it. Thanks for trying to help me out! I probably should just buy them even with the shipping, but I have too much scrap laying around to really feel right about buying something I'd probably need to modify anyway.

I guess I just bought two of the seats. I tried another code they sent me (SH1780) and it took off the shipping so the total was $21. I hit place order and the total jumped up to $38 with no way to change anything or cancel. It'll make my project look better so I guess I shouldn't be too upset at $19 a seat but I don't really like how the system tricked me into spending nearly double. Oh well worse things have happened.

I still order the old fashioned way: call and talk to a person. You might try that next time.

That probably would make things easier. They just emailed me an invoice showing $21 and free shipping so it might've worked. I'll find out for sure which it is once it comes up on my CC page. Either way $19 is probably a small price to pay for something pretty close to what I need.

Success!! CC charge of 21.76 so that means that SH1780 truly is free shipping for non members. I guess they just had a glitch when I saw the first order confirmation.
