How to Paint your Rims and not your Tires

Even if I didn't have the sheet metal, I think I would have spent the $.99 on some posterboard and used that instead.. just seems quicker and no waiting to dry and hose off.. Either way it seems there are multiple ways to do it..

I prefer the lazy way. Paint the rims, and if there is any over spray, I'll just brush up against a curb and call it.good.

Must be a very tall curb!!!!

Alright, I almost sprayed beer out my nose on that one.

I have used light weight cardboard in the same fashion on my '66 wheels.

Deuceswild, I just did the same thing with flashing. It worked great.
