Yeah hopefully the damage was from a forklift not an actual impact. That's a LOT of force required to move the axle like that relative to the springs / frame.

I can't even envision, mechanically, how that shock came to look like it does.

I’ve been remaining quiet because I have not yet received the vehicle. I’m unable to comment on any of this damage, and it would be unfair for me to make statements in ignorance. You may absolutely be correct or not.

I will let you guys know when I am able.
