" You know you could use the brake master cylinders used in the M105 trailers. "

Does anyone have a casting or part number for the master cylinder for the M105?
It would be handy to know the bore and effective stroke for sizing the Masters for the split system.

Thanks in advance.

FD1051
FE1051

Bore Size: 1.0625″
Line Thread Size: 1/2″-20 @ Back
Repair Kit: 100MK

M105060

Now we just need the stroke info.

Good news. I went out and removed the torus cover and got the engine turning. Not a full revolution because i havnt pulled plugs, but moved it back and forth 1/2" or so😁 compressor also free'd up and rocked. Forgot to tug on the generator. When i get back its spark plug and atf time.

Please could one of the admins cut and paste the brake system part of this thread over to the new home i created for it as requested by inquiring minds?

Thanks🙂👌

The super secret "history eraser" switch is a ground lift night switch. It lives on the firewall side behind the passenger side battery.
First time I'd seen a switch in that spot. Does that look like an after market thingy and what in this world of MV lingo is a ground lift night switch?

Well Happy New Year everyone! This is the last service of 2024.:naner:
I went out and pulled a couple of plugs, #3 looks good, carbon black and installed with anti sieze👍 next was #1 ground strap a little red, but without pulling the cap or valve cover its tough to know where it is in the firing order.
I had to order a new endoscope as the new S24 phone has usb C, unfortunately it wont show up till im back at work.
I had to make the most of my pocket wrench to get the plug wires loose, my tools are still mostly buried in the sea cans. So thats all i could get to today until i get back home with my truck and a 3/4 wrench. I shot some movit down the #1 and 3 holes.

Have a safe and happy New Year!

Next steps. Pulled the rest of the remaining plugs today. Lots of carbon black but no nasty rust blob. Of course #6 was the one installed without antisieze. Shot some movit down the holes. Dabbed some coppershot on #6 and buttoned it up. If it stops raining before the 6th ill pop the valve cover and see what the state of the top end is. Theres a riveted pos in the center of the hood. It leaks and drips almost directly on the forward valve cover stud so im reluctant to open it before i have some time to button it up properly.

Update: I'm on the mainland working 9 days a week again but i was able to slide over to ICBC head office and submit my paperwork.
The wife reports that the search results have arrived at the homestead and all that is left are the final steps and it'll be registered. (y)
