Your truck looks great! The tires are junk in my opinion and the 45mph is a drag, I had 2 of the A3's and sold both of them. Talk to Tabatha in Baton Rouge DMV she know all about the MV titles and with the right paper work it is a breeze. I can get the # tomorrow if you need it. Good question honestly. I have my truck registered with 10,000 pound plates. Same plates I put on my 1 tons. So if you can personalize a 1 ton you can personalize a deuce.

I use a bunch of 4x4's cut up about 12 -14 inches for cribbing not only for height but to support in soft ground distributing the weight. THey can always be criss crossed and stacked to give you extra height. I think the OE jack from the military is 8 ton bottle. Most trucks will also be missing all their tire tools. Expect that the tool boxes will be totally empty.

I would bring a 700 ml or a 1 liter bottle, but don't be drinking it and driving, the LA State Police frowns on that.

Really? I tried just last month to use American Collectors for my M109A3 since they insure my M718, and they denied it cause of the GVW. Did you tell them exactly what the truck is? Size, weight, etc? In any case, congrats!
