M1008 350 swap

I have a 1984 m1008 I'm putting a 350 in and I'm wondering and I'm wondering about the wiring harness I have the original wiring harness that came with the 350 which is a 79 model k20 engine but what I want to know is will the boss plug on the fire wall fit my gas engine harness the plugs are shaped the same i just want to know if everything will work like starting the motor and the alt charging? Please I need some help with this

Look at the wiring diagram in the appendix of the -20 TM. It has the pin out for the CUCV part. You need to find the pin out for your engine.
