Business name apparently is TIMS (as on the building photo). Apparently landscaping or tree cutting some thing similar. Ft Madison Iowa area.

Yeah. Driving along right at dusk along a "major" paved rural road. Did a double take/couldn't be - I "know" a guy. So U turned to take a look. The OEM tires on the rear of the hulk had air in them, were not flatspotted and had some tread. Likely usable I'd think. I recall your troubles finding tires. Place was closed and I know nothing about it/them.
