Clicking does not equal pumping. It should... but it doesn't always. Have you removed the particle filters and caps and cleaned them?

According to Pegasus racing, that pump has "Maximum fuel delivery 33 gallons per hour at free flow", so assume about a half gallon per minute max flow. Sounds like you are getting less than that.
I don't have factory filters. The unit has been converted to spin ons for everything.

I am getting less flow than that after the filters bank. The clicking while the line is off is fairly rapid while unhooked from the pump but substantially slower when hooked up to the IP. Return fuel at the tank is a trickle at best (not running).

If you have the correct fuel pumps, there are caps you can remove off the bottom with a twist, and there should be 'basket' strainer filters inside of each pump that can get gummed up and restrict flow. Thats what I meant, for clarification.

It's been a bit. I'll check that the next time I'm out. I cleaned them when I first got the unit but had to line the fuel tank due to rust issues. It's possible that it picked up some junk from the tank.

Another consideration... Do your fuel pumps still have the "inline capacitors" installed in the leads that power them? These units are getting old and things like an old "inline capacitor" might slowly fail, becoming intermittent over time, potentially affecting fuel output pressure if the pumps are pumping intermittently & can't keep up with load.

I'm going to cut all my inline caps out to eliminate that potential failure point. I'm not at war & don't care if I am "electronically detectable".
