They are built following the MCII Inc drawing number 29763.
I added potting inside of the shrink tubing on the switch to prevent the cable from flexing to eliminate the wires from breaking.

The picture below is the cable assembly minus the back shell for the 100 pin SCSI connector.
(The back shells are due in this Friday)
