Ukraine is a very big country and Russian forces are only in Crimea, where they had bases anyway. They have secured and occupied Crimea, no where else. It is a political move, there will be no fighting.

To extend, USSR is talking about the GAZ Tigr wich in English would be GAZ Tiger. Like the HMMWV, the Tigr also has a civil version. Here is a video about comparing the Tigr with the HMMWV. In the beginning a lot of talk about their military background and then later showing the Tigr in terrain.
