Thats great. The only thing I've done so far is drive it on and off the trailer and move it around a bit. Just got the brakes working well enough to get it up to speed but still leary of the tires.
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
I don't recall seeing a shot before of a Goat with its cab:A current picture from the Glen Alpine parade from another thread.
That is an arctic hard top and was an issue item to some units.I don't recall seeing a shot before of a Goat with its cab:
- Is that the actual G.I. cab on yours in the picture?

That's why I like mine topless. If I wind up doing the Convoy where we'll be driving out in the sun for a week I might try and add a soft top but I think the hard top would just be too much effort to make it fun to drive.I have most of a hardtop for mine, but may just go with the soft top I have as it's hard enough now gettin in and out!
Looking so good!Pictures!
I think the Topeka convention this year would have been about as close as we could have gotten. Of course my trailer was full of AMGeneral's tires at that point so I couldn't have brought the Goat. Now we just need to put all the goat herder's AOs into the Google compututor and find the point that makes everybody's trip the shortest and plan a good old goat gathering. That is, as soon as a few more goats are made mobile.
I think that would make a pretty neat parade.
