If you look up the NSN in the parts TM, then google that number wit "parttarget" in the search, you will get all the specifications needed to duplicate it.

Keep in mind, these are not a "normal" bolt.

Also, in case you didn't know, the bolt holes are not spaced equally. One is offset, it took quite a while to line up the first time I did one.
