New high back seats???

I suppose they could be for the rear, I have no experience with them, on the sets I have messed with all the driver side studs are 3/4" and all the Commander side studs are 1 1/4" all four the same on each seat, still for some reason it does not look like the contour is right, may again be the difference between the front and the rear and or another application all together.
yes it looks like you have been Bamboozled, hopefully they are a reputable dealer and will fix this problem, if you got the best "deal" you could find from a shady seller then......
