I finally remembered to take a picture of my coveted " trophy " yesterday. I'm not too sure how proud I should actually be.

Well during the best stuck event the truck was unscathed the bumper was on another ride
Yep, missed both of those rides.

Lesson I learned for next year though:

If I want to ride trails with Robert, Ken and Andy, I need to stop running my mouth with everybody and just drive. When the 5 tons roll out, ya best be close behind.

I think I'll mount him as a hood ornament next year. Like a weather rock...

If he is wet, the water is too deep
If he is muddy, the hole is too deep
If he falls off, Butch must be driving!

It would be your fault for letting me drive in the first place. If you call what I do driving more like constant controlled crashing.

I don't know if words come close to express your ascent up that hill. It was like the Blitzkrieg. Screaming German engine. Mud flying. Moments of being airborne. Two "boys" giggles to be heard over it all from the cab. Finished off with a splat in a little landing spot we had left open for you.

My plan going forward is to stay close to Kermit the MOG so I don't miss the show.

Nice Clinto. After 15 minutes I was finally able to navigate that site and see pics.
I've always put my images on Photobucket-I have dozens of albums and something like 10,000 images hosted there. It's free (I think I have a grandfathered account or something because I have another photobucket account for one of my businesses and it's severely restricted in terms of images/bandwidth).

I'm just tired of photobucket-it's soooooooo slow. Uploading, downloading and image loading are all terrible. They knock down the image sizes as well. I really like Imgur but it has a weird upload procedure.

Here's everything I have on a photobucket album: http://s9.photobucket.com/user/clinto1/library/15GMVR?sort=3&page=1

Imgur is good, you just have to upload all of the photos at once in an album. It limits it due to trolls that like to fill up its front page.

Ok, how's about some video? :)

We had a bunch of people shoot video this year and we sincerely appreciate all the assistance we received, in terms of people willing to be interviewed, people willing to shoot video and people willing to let us use their vehicles.

I have 2 videos initially: One is a sort of brief 3 minute overview of the event, it is the first video. The second video is a lot of hardball convoy footage.

I also want to remind everyone there is a Facebook page for the event: https://www.facebook.com/GeorgiaMilitaryVehicleRally/?fref=nf

There is a YouTube channel for the event as well. As I edit more videos and get them ready, they'll be put on the YouTube channel and osted here and on the Facebook page.

Also, tentative date (we have email approval from Durhamtown on this date) is Oct. 19-23, 2016. 10th annual event!
