I've often dreamed of an MV Flash Mob event, but hesitated in light of possible Law Enforcement Action when "terrorized" citizens misunderstood the non-violent gathering.

It takes less than a flash mob to startle the commoners. During one of my visits to my new house, I needed parts for the contact truck I drove in. Jumped in the ambulance and went to fetch parts and returned. No big deal. The next day at lunch I ran into a deputy I know. He told me they dispatched a call for my neighborhood of military buildup in the area. He recognized the area and advised dispatch of my presence. Was a good laugh.
