When I got my M1009 the flexible part of the cooler lines was leaking, and the aluminum part was worn almost thru where it passes behind the radiator shroud (unbolt the shroud at the top and check the aluminum lines on both sides). NAPA couldn't get replacements; I toyed with the idea of making new ones and using an aftermarket oil cooler, but it was getting way too complicated. I finally went with a whole new set (aluminum and flex) from GM, total cost aroud $260.

The oil cooler hoses originaly are supplied by Michelin. Official replacement is not on the market. However, the fittings are somewhat standard. So you can change to custom made hoses at your local hydraulic shop (If they are willing to do the job).
