MRZR-D4 delivered today, I love this machine already. And my kids are enjoying it. Went through a couple of things and all seems to be fine.
I just need to align it as it is pulling to the left and kind of camber open a lot.

yes, only thing is when we contact Polaris they said the unit is still in service and they cannot provide any information or parts. parts must be sourced via a unit ie: police department, fire department, sheriff office, army, navy station, etc. i came across a manual from the Polaris website that is decent for repairs and so on, it even has a wiring diagram at the end and a list of faults/errors and what they mean. still no parts list but i was able to find a couple. fuel pump, fuel filter/separator, air filter all the fluids are in the manual and they are standard Polaris. but, yes, useless

Low density vehicle. That's what I wrote at the beginning. I wrote a mail to a Marine unit and a Army unit asking for some info. Both replied that very little documentation came with the vehicles.

Well, based on the information from PS magazine, they are unit acquired directly from Polaris Defense….kinda the same way SOCOM units buy what they need to support the mission.

Someone suggested to me to get on a volunteer search and rescue list with the local sheriff, then ask for a letter stating that the MRZR is attached to the department, supposedly that would be sufficient for getting access to Polaris parts. Seems like a good idea, I'm just waiting for the sheriff election this November so it doesn't seem like I'm asking a favor.

Just replaced all the brake pads…standard RZR 900 series are same, amazon to the rescue.
Is it me or are the brakes damn near worthless on these MRZR’s?

Mine does not stop as intended. Lot of fun thought.

AFAIC…yes, my thought process is this, Polaris didn’t reinvent the wheel on lots of this stuff, no need too.

Picked up one of these myself. It had both clutches and belt removed as well as the alternator, and the throttle pedal. Does anyone know what other model Polaris clutches works on these machines? Is the xp1000 the same? It looks like the alternator is part number 3023365. If anyone that knows for sure could verify that alternator number, that would be helpful to myself and others. They seem to be very proud of their alternators by the price.

I have another question as well. Does anyone have (or could you take) a photo of the fuse box cover that is under the left rear seat. My sticker is unreadable in places and I clearly see that everything is out of order.
