I would put some anti-seize on those bolts when you reassemble. You can use RTV on the wet holes. That acts as a lube for the threads too. Clean up everything first. Good luck. Nice job.

NO they are not the correct ones. You need the Big Block Chevy ones.
Radiator Isolators Big Block (4pcs) #7-1712
These are the urethane ones. They will last forever. Good Luck.

......... I also used them on my M1008 brass-copper 4 rows radiator , they might not last forever but they worked.

I would have the bolt stud you need as a replacement. Do you have any threads that are usable to get a stud started? Give the drill and remove tactic a try and report back. I myself just buy replacement parts from any of the local auto parts dealers. I look for the best price and the best warranty, Lifetime is the best you can get.
Duralast Radiator B850 (autozone.com)
Fan Clutch - Find the Right Part at the Right Price | AutoZone
Duralast Fan Clutch 22045 (autozone.com)
I would use this water pump. Good price and great lifetime warranty.
Duralast Water Pump DWP-598 (autozone.com)
Other may use this water pump. Over priced with a lifetime warranty and it is still imported from Main Land China.
ACDelco Water Pump 251-591 (autozone.com)
No difference it pumps water and keeps the engine cool. The name is what they are trying to sell. Good Luck and let me know about the stud.
Do you have part # for ps pump / rebuild kit or replacement?? Or reccomendation

Thank you

No need to get fancy and spend the big money. These pumps were the same for many years.
Endurance Power Steering Pump 7068 (autozone.com)
This will get you the basic rebuilt pump and it will work great for many years. At least that has been my experience. Warranted for ever.
Duralast New Power Steering Pump 7068N (autozone.com)
This will get you a new pump. Warranted for ever. The choice is yours. Good Luck. If you are changing the pump do all the hoses at the same time. They are all old and internally worn and brittle.

This is what I use. Works like a champ. Can't remember where I bought it. The thing hooks onto the side of the bracket and has a place for a square-drive pull handle or ratchet to attach. You should be able to search online and find one. Remember to tighten the power steering belt before the drivers' side alternator above it. Also while you are at it, I suggest you check the alignment of the PS pulley to the boss pulley on the water pump. If the PS pully is not aligned perfectly, the PS belt, as well as its mate the alternator belt, will squeal and wear prematurely. I did a write-up on the importance of belt alignment a couple years ago - https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/squealing-belts-and-how-to-fix-them.189721/

Hope this helps.

That might work! When I saw the hole in that bracket I really wondered WHY it was where it is. Most of the time, that square hole can be accessed with a half inch ratchet or pull bar. The tool that Sharecropper offered up is pretty fantastic! I did a few searches and using "alternator tensioner tool" pulls up several variations.

As farr as the alignment front-to-back, some brackets are different than others. If you had all the original brackets and nobody ever swapped any parts - everything should line up. Often times a couple of washers will space an alternator or pump forward or back for alignment.

I found that tool at Year One, that must have been where you got it from. so when you hook it , can you hook it when the upper alternator is installed on the driver side?

Thank you...
