I would very seriously consider repacking all the bearings.
Before you start have the bearings and races located in case you need them. I would plan on 50% of the total being bad and it would not be a bad idea on changing seals since you are in there.
I'd also pull the boots back on the wheel cylinders and check for moisture there.
If they are moist then the seals are starting to leak in the wheel cylinders.
50 / 50 chance of resealing versus needing new cylinders due to excessive corrosion inside.
It sounds bad but when you've done this you know what you have and you know that it will be safe for several hundred miles when you are finished.
Get the socket for the bearing retaining nuts and I would plan all the locking washers being bad so I would order all 6. They are not too much and if you don't need them now you WILL need them some day.
350 miles one way is 700 miles round trip not counting local driving while you are there.
It is good for peace of mind as well as safety.
