Hello, after help from a fellow member, I sourced a precup for the one I found cracked. I know how to remove the old one, but is there any special way to install the new one? My initial thought would be to simply use a piece of hardwood on the cup and pound it into place. Does this sound correct/good. Any other thoughts ideas?
Thanks much!

Just make sure the bore is totally clean ! We use a round metal bristle brush with lots of brake cleaner or lacquer thinner with an electric drill. Then blow it out with a air nozzle. A little "anti-sieze" is also a good idea.
