Okay looks like a good truck did you put on a single 3" exhaust? It really needs dual 3" not single it should have had dual exhaust from the factory. And yeah mufflers really needed on non turbocharged engines

Yeah that just means I won't feel as bad when I start working on it :) haha

Don't feel bad about whatever you want to do, even though it is more of a rare vehicle than a true CUCV. Sorry about pestering you about the stickers I was hoping for the one that had the original paint code on it.

Ah yeah. If that's the case, should I leave it original? It seems as though the green is the original pain. Under the dash, it's all the same

Naw man, unless you want all original. I do like the shiny Forrest green paint, I can remember having to wax the one we had when it was new. You should try a little wax on a panel of yours, you might like it too.

It's a great truck
Its not a "true" cucv, but so what.
I agree that it is a much rarer truck than a M1009
Plus, that paint looks great when new and maybe you can bring yours back.

There's a pic on this site somewhere where there were several deuces and CUCVs painted that color.
It was taken at a DRMO yard and I can't find it now.
They looked really good. Really great shape M1008's.
