Well there isn't really a metal work/fab/repair forum and it's not exactly body work.. but I had some cross member bends to take care of on the trailer.20220710_114659.jpg
Probably caught by a piece of oversized equipment when unloading (otherwise center boards would be inplace)

Used screw binders/chains to slightly over straighten bent beam. (Trying to remember Youngs modulus, elastic and plastic limits of steel)20220710_115028.jpg

Warm up the stretched flange then hammer back to flat, blocking back side with bigger hammer.20220710_125600.jpg

Allowed to cool before releasing binders.

Rince and repeate on rear cross member...
