Well there isn't really a metal work/fab/repair forum and it's not exactly body work.. but I had some cross member bends to take care of on the trailer.
Probably caught by a piece of oversized equipment when unloading (otherwise center boards would be inplace)
Used screw binders/chains to slightly over straighten bent beam. (Trying to remember Youngs modulus, elastic and plastic limits of steel)
Chained back to lifting shackles.
Warm up the stretched flange then hammer back to flat, blocking back side with bigger hammer.
Allowed to cool before releasing binders.
Rince and repeate on rear cross member...
