Switch Next to Diagnostics Port

I looked over the A1 operators manual and could not find.

What's the Red switch next to the steering column. I noticed it cuts of ignition and I'm assuming it's the battery cuttoff switch as I could hear a relay click when I switched it.
Is that a battery cut off switch ? Any light on what manual I should find more info ?

Battery disconnect switch. Only late model A1 trucks have it and is not a standard feature until 2005-ish onward.

Thank you, just parked the truck and left it switched up, good to know the batteries will be safer now.

It's a good idea to flip it up when not in use (at least at nights).

Just in case the truck encounters a 12v "leak" as many do.

The transmission is a small vampire load on my 12v side. Because of the rest of the configuration, 12v is the last place you want a low battery as it takes a LOT of runtime to recharge it, especially if the lights are on...
