Tank heater

Hi
My question, is the 6.2 and 6.5 engine block the same. I plan on adding a block heater and have only found one called out for the 6.5.

Yes, They are the same. In that reguard. The block heater will be the same for both.

I live up at high altitude and have cold winters. I have electric heaters on the oil pan and tranny pan, then I have a supplemental KATZ coolant heater tank/pump that circulates coolant inside the block and heads. I also have a fuel filter heater. You will never believe how easy these start when set-up this way.
