I will send the bolts out today.

Just dropped 4 bolts off at the US Post Office. They will be headed your direction shortly.

Let us know how the repairs workout.

Fixed.

Turned out removing the broken piece was the easy part of all.
-disconnect battery's
-remove weels
-remove shocks (wanted to replace them anyway)
-jack up body (you dont need much but just enough to remove the starter)

I bought a new 4 mm drill bit and my 80 year old neighbour happened to have a left hand tap in his garage.
-Center punched it and drilled the hole.
-Put the tap in and it gripped right away.
-slowly removed it.
-cleaned the hole from left over debris.
-bolt starter in place.(dont forget shim)
-bolt bracket back on

finished it all up and test started after double checking.
Runs like a charm again.

Thanks Warthog for the bolts (and if you are even in the neighbourhood hop in, I have a crate of the best belgium beers cold)

And thank the others for good advice.

Congrats on fixing the issue.

If I ever get across the pond, I will take you up on the offer.

Best $20 I have spent on foreign relations.
