Lack of maintenance? Looks like the throwout bearing may have been seizing. They do have grease fittings but are very often overlooked. Perhaps the assigned driver used the clutch pedal as a foot rest.

ALSO I HAVE A PROBLEM CLUTCH.
ALL THE GEAR TO SPEND VERY WELL WITHOUT THE NOISE THAT I am SUPPORTED ON FOOT OR NOT, BUT THE TRUCK going nowhere.
HOWEVER THE CLUTCH PEDAL EFFORT TO NORMAL WITH THE RESORT.
